- Slice all vegetables
- Place in Bowl
- 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil for every 2 cups of Vegetables
- Season with Salt & Pepper and favorite herbs like Rosemary, Thyme, Etc
- Toss Well
- Place in pan
- Bake 450 degrees
- 30-45 minutes (depending on the vegetables and size)
(Our favorites: onions, garlic, potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, zucchini, carrots)
Add this as a side dish to steak or roasted chicken and round off with some fruit and/or green salad.
