- 1 serving of chopped onions (1/4 cup)
- 1/2 serving of tomatoes (1/4 cup)
- 2 Servings of Green Peppers (1/2 cup)
- 1 Serving of Broccoli (1/2 cup)
- 2 Servings of Spinach (1 cup)
